Dr. Billy Evans was born in Cheyenne, WY, and has lived in Phoenix for his entire life apart from his medical training, residency, and fellowship. He attended Medical School at the University of Arizona, residency at Riverside Family Practice in Newport News, Virginia, and a fellowship in Sports Medicine at the University of Oklahoma.

Dr. Evans practiced with Mercy Integrated Health for a few years, then transitioned to privately-owned Spectrum Health Center with a Pediatric partner for nearly 17 years. He also practiced medicine with Abrazo Health for 5 years before coming onboard to IMS.

In his free time, Dr. Evans loves spending time with his 2 sons, playing and watching all sports, especially soccer.
