Chelsea Greenwood FNP-C received her undergraduate degree in Nursing from Chamberlain College of Nursing in 2015 and her Masters of Science in Nursing in 2023 from the University of Phoenix.

Chelsea has over 12 years experience in healthcare. She started as a Certified Nursing Assistant in 2012 while working on obtaining her Undergraduate degree. In 2015 she began working as an RN in the Emergency Department at Banner Health and St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center. She has over 7 years experience in Emergency Room as well as procedural nursing experience such as Pre-Op/PACU/Interventional Radiology.

Chelsea is now a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner and is also a member of the American Nurses Association (ANA), as well as the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).

Chelsea is a native to Phoenix, Arizona. Outside of healthcare, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, attending concerts and sporting events.
