About
Dr. Michael Drury has been a resident of the Phoenix area since 1987. He was born in Chicago, attended college at the University of California, Davis and earned his medical degree from Bowman Gray School of Medicine of Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. He then moved to Phoenix to complete residency training at St. Joseph’s Hospital where he was awarded the Ashton Taylor award for medical excellence and served as Chief Resident in 1990.
Dr. Drury is Board Certified in Internal Medicine, with interests in preventive health and wellness, in addition to complex disease management in adults. He has been listed repeatedly in America’s Top Physicians and is a past Chairman of the Medicine Department of Paradise Valley Hospital.
When not practicing medicine, Dr. Drury enjoys spending time with his wife and two adopted children, serving in his local church, hiking, biking, running, and exploring Arizona.
