Rachael Daley ANP-C is a highly accomplished nurse practitioner with a diverse background and a passion for providing exceptional patient care. She graduated from the University of Colorado Springs and holds a Masters degree of Science in Nursing as well as a Bachelors of Science in Nursing degree from Grand Canyon University. Rachael has demonstrated her commitment to providing excellent care in the field.

Rachael is certified as an Adult Nurse Practitioner and has 18 years of experience providing exceptional patient care in which 16 years are within Neurology with subspecialty in Sleep Medicine. Rachael has provided care to the adult population both new and established patients while integrating multiple skills including technical, pain management as appropriate, implementing assessment, diagnosis and treatment as well as implementation of plan of care in addition to advocacy and education of both patients and their families. Rachael cares deeply about helping patients understand their diagnoses and treatments.
